ELECTION DAY for the California Primary Election is March 5, 2024

Vote-by mail ballots will be mailed to all registered voters in California beginning February 2024. 

Where and How to Vote

Make your vote count! 

To ensure safe and secure voting, every registered voter will receive a ballot in the mail starting February 2024. 

Vote Early! Return your ballot right away - three easy ways!

Before you return your ballot:

  • Fill out your ballot and place it in the provided return envelope.
  • Make sure to sign the back of the return envelope. If you do not provide your signature, your ballot will not be accepted. 
  • Then return your ballot in one of three ways – mail, dropbox or vote center. Details below.

Vote-By-Mail

Drop your ballot in the mail.  Postage is FREE.   All ballots must be postmarked no later than Tuesday, February 27, 2024.

DropBox 

You can drop off your ballot any ANY secure ballot Dropbox located throughout the county.

Vote Center

You can visit a County Vote Center to drop off your ballot or vote in person.  If you lose your ballot, you can get a new one at your Vote Center.  Vote centers open for early in-person voting beginning February 24, 2024.
